Cancel / Change Order Policy

At Aiyaxin, we understand that circumstances can change after an order has been placed. You may notice an incorrect shipping address, wish to update an item, or decide that you no longer need your purchase. This policy explains how order changes and cancellation requests are handled, the circumstances under which modifications may be possible, and what to expect once an order has entered processing.
Because our fulfillment team works quickly to prepare orders for shipment, requests to modify or cancel an order should be submitted as soon as possible. While we always do our best to accommodate requests, certain changes may no longer be possible after an order reaches a particular stage of fulfillment.
Order Changes
If you need to update information related to your order, please contact our customer support team immediately after placing your purchase. Early requests provide the greatest opportunity for successful modifications before fulfillment begins.
Examples of changes that may be requested include:
- Updating the shipping address.
- Correcting the recipient's name.
- Changing the size or color of an item.
- Adding or removing products from an order.
- Adjusting quantities of purchased items.
- Correcting contact information associated with the order.
Every request is reviewed individually. Approval depends on inventory availability, payment status, and the current stage of order processing. While we strive to assist whenever possible, we cannot guarantee that requested changes can always be completed.
Cancellation Window
Orders may generally be canceled if the request is received before fulfillment activities have begun. Since our standard handling time is 1 business day, many orders move into processing shortly after they are placed.
For the best chance of successful cancellation, customers should contact us immediately after completing their purchase. Delays in submitting cancellation requests may reduce the likelihood that the order can be stopped before shipment.
If a cancellation request is successfully approved before processing begins, the order will be canceled and any eligible payment will be refunded using the original payment method.
Processed Orders
Once an order has entered processing, our fulfillment team begins preparing the shipment by verifying inventory, confirming order details, and securely packaging the purchased items.
After processing has started, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the shipment cannot be recalled through our fulfillment system.
If your order has already shipped before your request is received, you may still be eligible to return the item after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, provided all applicable return conditions are satisfied.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout. Incorrect addresses, missing apartment numbers, postal code errors, or inaccurate recipient information may result in delivery delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
If you discover an error after placing your order, please notify us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to update your shipping details before the order is dispatched.
Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, address corrections may no longer be possible. In some situations, carriers may refuse address modification requests after the package has entered their delivery network.
If an order is returned because incorrect shipping information was provided, additional arrangements may be required before the order can be reshipped or otherwise resolved.
Refunds
If an order is successfully canceled before processing begins, any eligible refund will be initiated using the original payment method used during checkout.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 10 business days. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider's internal processing schedule.
If an order cannot be canceled because it has already entered processing or has shipped, a refund may not be immediately available. Customers may instead qualify for a return after delivery if the returned merchandise meets the eligibility requirements described in our Return & Refund Policy.
We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns or eligible refunds.
Replacement Orders
If you wish to receive a different product after placing your order, our support team will first determine whether your existing order can be modified before shipment.
When modifications are no longer possible, customers may choose one of the following options, depending on order status:
- Place a new order for the desired product if the original order has already shipped.
- Request a return after delivery if the purchased item qualifies under our return policy.
- Contact customer support to discuss available solutions based on inventory and order status.
Replacement requests are subject to product availability at the time the request is reviewed.
