This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process orders, prepare shipments, estimate delivery times, and handle common shipping situations. We encourage you to review this page before placing an order so you know what to expect throughout the fulfillment process.

Our team works diligently to process every purchase accurately and efficiently. While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, occasional circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or increased shipping volumes, may affect delivery schedules.

Order Processing

Orders are reviewed and prepared for shipment after successful payment authorization. Our fulfillment team carefully verifies product availability, inspects each item, and packages orders securely to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or major holidays observed by shipping carriers.

If your order is placed after our daily cut-off time, it will begin processing on the next business day. During promotional events or seasonal shopping periods, order processing may require additional time, although we always work to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, it is transferred to one of our trusted shipping partners for delivery. Standard transit typically requires between 2 and 6 business days, depending on the destination and carrier operations.

Please note that estimated shipping times begin after processing has been completed and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates.

Cut-off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.

Orders received before the cut-off are typically processed on the same business day. Orders submitted after the cut-off, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping Carriers

To provide dependable nationwide delivery, we work with established shipping providers, including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

The carrier assigned to your shipment is selected based on operational efficiency, destination, package characteristics, and service availability.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent to you. Tracking details may require a short period before becoming active within the carrier's tracking system.

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment throughout its journey until delivery is completed.

Delivery Delays

Although we strive to meet our estimated delivery schedule, delays occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Examples include severe weather, transportation interruptions, high seasonal shipping demand, carrier processing backlogs, or unexpected operational issues.

If your shipment appears delayed, we recommend monitoring your tracking updates for the latest delivery information. Many delays resolve naturally once the carrier resumes normal operations.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking around your property, speaking with household members or neighbors, and contacting the shipping carrier for additional delivery details.

If your shipment cannot be located after these steps, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution whenever possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in shipping delays, failed delivery attempts, or returned packages.

If you notice an address error shortly after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we will make every reasonable effort to update the shipping information before dispatch, we cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.

Returned Packages

Packages returned because of incorrect addresses, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery may require additional review before reshipment or refund options become available.

If a shipment is returned to our fulfillment facility, our support team will contact you to discuss the available next steps based on the circumstances surrounding the return.

Damaged Deliveries

We carefully inspect and package every order before shipment. However, if your package arrives visibly damaged or the contents are affected during transit, please inspect the items promptly after delivery.

If you discover shipping damage, contact us as soon as possible with a description of the issue and, if available, photographs of the packaging and damaged items. This information allows us to review the situation efficiently and determine the appropriate solution.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping, including deliveries to overseas territories or foreign destinations. Should our shipping coverage expand in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Order Changes

If you need to modify your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests may include changes to the shipping address, product selection, or quantity.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request before the order enters shipment preparation. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted promptly after placing your order. Orders that have not yet entered processing may be eligible for cancellation.

Once fulfillment activities have begun or a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, cancellation requests generally cannot be completed. If cancellation is no longer available, you may review our return process after receiving your order.
